Chanelle primarily works with a diverse range of clients, including adults, individuals with mental health conditions, autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. Her focus spans across various aspects of well-being, aiming to address the unique needs of each individual she serves. Chanelle is guided by the principles of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference and aims to empower clients to achieve their goals through the use of technology and organisational strategies to simplify and enrich life experiences for her participants. Throughout her career, Chanelle has demonstrated adaptability by utilising telehealth, ensuring continued access to therapies during the COVID-19 pandemic and catering to the needs of regional and rural NDIS participants.

Chanelle has worked as an occupational therapist for over 4 years in the NDIS-setting, and previously worked in the inflight entertainment industry as a video editor and radio programmer. Chanelle has completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) and additional professional training including mental health first aid, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and positioning and seating.
