Fad holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Swinburne University of Technology. Throughout his academic journey, Fad had the opportunity to work in various settings, including disability respite, residential aged care, and Early Childhood Intervention. These experiences broadened his perspective and provided him with the skills and knowledge to support individuals across the lifespan.

Fad has been working as a pediatric occupational therapist for two years, providing clinical and telehealth services. This experience has allowed him to expand his knowledge and passion for early intervention and family-centered therapy, which he believes is vital for a child’s mental, physical, and social development. Fad’s approach to therapy is characterized by his animated personality, where he prioritizes creating a positive and fun environment for children while ensuring they progress towards their goals.

In addition to his work as a therapist, Fad has also volunteered as a kickboxing instructor. Through this role, he empowered individuals by promoting mental and physical health and wellbeing through martial arts. Overall, Fad’s diverse experiences have enabled him to develop a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on each child’s unique needs and strengths to achieve their full potential.
