Occupational Therapist

Jennifer grew up in rural Victoria and is passionate about improving access to health for rural and regional communities.

Jennifer is an Occupational Therapist with 13 years experience working with adults of all ages with complex mental health and psychosocial disabilities. She has worked in community mental health, aged and adult acute mental health inpatient wards, emergency departments with a focus on homeless and psychosocial patients and community forensic mental health.

Experienced working with people with a wide variety of mental health needs, Jennifer has a compassionate and collaborative approach. She can assist to improve social skills, emotional regulation, problem solving skills, functional skills essential for independent living, managing addiction, anxiety and behaviour management strategies.

Jennifer values working with people in a client centred manner and on goals that are meaningful to them and enable them to live as independently as possible.

In her spare time she enjoy spending time with her family. They love the outdoors, so weekends will often be spent hiking and camping.
