Jess has a wealth of experience in office management, administration, and customer service across various industries. She joined Umbo because she’s passionate about making a positive social impact and creating meaningful change. Jess has firsthand knowledge of the significant advantages that having access to therapy can offer, as she witnessed the positive impact it had on her own son. This personal experience has deepened her understanding and empathy towards individuals facing similar challenges, fuelling her commitment to advocating the importance of speech and occupational therapy and their transformative effects.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, Jess is enthusiastic about improving the well-being of others and enjoys helping people from all walks of life. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her husband Harley, her son Jeremiah, and going on walks with her energetic dog Zeus.
