Karina Biehle is a compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who works with children and their families to build skills for everyday life. She supports children with a range of developmental differences, including Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Sensory Processing needs. Karina takes a neurodivergent-affirming, family-centred approach and enjoys helping children reach their goals through play, creativity, and meaningful activities. She has experience providing services through the NDIS, both in person and online, and partners closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure children feel supported in all parts of their lives.
Karina has been working as an Occupational Therapist for over three years in private practice, supporting children and families across the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney. She completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Distinction at Western Sydney University, where she was recognised on the Dean’s Merit List across multiple years. Karina has also completed additional training in DIR Floortime and the CO-OP Approach. Alongside this, her work as a Disability Support Worker and NDIS Support Coordinator gave her valuable insight into the everyday challenges families face and how best to navigate services and supports.
