Kathryn is dual qualified in allied health, best known as a senior dietitian, leading teams and departments in large hospitals. Kathryn worked in hospital management for 2 years and is forever advocating for patient experience and needs. As well as being Umbo’s Clinical Intake Officer, Kathryn currently practices as a community dietitian in the disability sector, and absolutely loves her work.
As the mother of a child who benefits from the NDIS, Kathryn understands the challenges many families face and prides herself on ensuring Umbo clients are well looked after, listened too, and cared for from their very first enquiry.
Kathryn is passionate about equality in access to health care and working for a social enterprise, and brings her advanced clinical skills and 20 years experience to Umbo’s CIO role.
When not working, Kathryn loves exploring Sydney’s northern beaches with her two daughters.
