Michelle is a Senior Occupational Therapist with close to 20 years of clinical experience predominantly working in Mental Health. Michelle has a wealth of experience working across the age spectrum with children, teens, adults and older adults. She practices with a calm, non-judgmental, open and compassionate approach and shows a genuine interest in each client’s story, their values and strengths and is passionate about helping each client work towards their goals. 

Michelle has worked across a range of private, public, inpatient and outpatient organisations with both adults and children. She is experienced in providing assessment and interventions for NDIS participants, including Functional Capacity Assessments, cognitive assessments and SIL reports. She is an experienced Mental Health Practitioner who has received endorsement for Medicare BAMH (Better Access to Mental Health). In addition, she has undergone training in DBT, ACT and CBT-based interventions. Michelle is dedicated to ongoing professional development. She is also a qualified Children’s Yoga Instructor and outside of work enjoys yoga, meditation, keeping fit and exploring nature.
