Private Clients
Therapy
For private clients, we charge an overall price that includes both the time spent directly working with the client and any time spent outside the session preparing notes or materials. Depending on the complexity of the client’s needs, it may be possible to have an initial assessment with a therapist, and ongoing sessions with an allied health assistant under the supervision of the therapist.

Assessments
Private assessments are charged as a flat fee after the assessment and report have been completed. The fee per assessment is based on the table below. Please note these rates are for privately paying clients only, if the assessment is being funded by an organisation or the NDIS then an hourly rate applies (see below).

Access Pricing
We are a social enterprise working to improve access to speech and occupational therapy in regional Australia. We are always happy to help families in need where we can. If you do not have access to the NDIS and the cost of private therapy or a private assessment is a significant barrier for you please contact us to find out if we can help.
NDIS Clients
Our NDIS pricing is based on the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We invoice separately at these rates for direct time spent working with the client, and indirect time spent preparing notes, materials, writing reports or talking to key workers, teachers, etc. Most NDIS clients see a therapist for their ongoing sessions, but depending on the complexity of the client’s needs an allied health assistant may also be involved.

Organisations
Our organisation rates apply to schools, hospitals, health services, residential aged care providers and Home Care Package (HCP) providers. We invoice separately at these rates for direct time spent working with the client, and indirect time spent preparing notes, materials, writing reports or talking to key workers, teachers, etc.
