Sarsha is passionate about providing holistic, person-centred care. She has experience working with adult clients across a variety of settings including hospital, residential and community. She has worked with people presenting with a range of conditions including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and general age related functional decline.

Sarsha first began working in the NDIS sector as it was rolled out on the Gold Coast in 2018, before moving to a clinical and team leader role in inpatient rehabilitation for three years. Since late 2023, she has been providing telehealth services. This has allowed her to see more of regional Australia and given her a greater appreciation of the challenges of accessing healthcare in rural and remote areas.

Sarsha completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2014. Over the last decade, she has completed further professional development in the areas of equipment prescription, home modifications, upper limb therapy and functional assessments. When not working, she enjoys keeping active, the great outdoors, including camping, hiking, and occasionally diving, catching up with friends, travelling and experiencing other cultures.
